The meaning of the name Linda is “beautiful.” Linda (Mum) was truly the embodiment of that—both in the way she carried herself and in the love and warmth she gave to everyone around her.
As a mother, wife, nannie, sister, aunt, and friend, she cared deeply and worried endlessly about everyone special to her—everyone except herself. Her love and determination has shaped our lives in ways we’ll never forget, leaving each of us with a little bit of Linda in the very essence of who we are.
Now that she’s gone, the world feels emptier, but her love will stay with us forever. We’ll carry her in our hearts always—her spirit, her lessons, her warmth. She will be missed more than we can put into words, and there will never be another quite like her.
Forever loved. Always missed.

*Mum wasn't a fan of cut flowers, so if you would like to bring one, a single stem white rose would be preferable over a bouquet. Please, no lillies - she hated them.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pilgrims Hospice at the service or wake reception via the provided donations box. Please make any cheques payable to "Pilgrims Hospices in east Kent" The hospice provided exceptional care during our mother's final weeks and deserves all of the support it can get.
Help grow Linda's Tribute by adding messages or memories you'd like to share.
